The Bookkeeping Health Check runs entirely in your own browser. Your answers are used only to calculate your result on your device — they are not sent to us, not stored, and not shared with anyone. If you later choose to tell us your result, that's your decision, through the contact form or email.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and does not track you across other sites. Our hosting provider (see below) may keep standard technical logs — such as IP addresses and requested pages — for security, reliability and operational purposes, as is typical for any website.

Third-party services we rely on

• Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers this website. Requests to the site pass through Cloudflare's infrastructure.
• Web3Forms processes contact-form submissions: when you submit the form, the details are transmitted to Web3Forms, which delivers them to our business inbox. We use it only to receive your message.
• Our business email is used to read and reply to your enquiry.

These providers process your information only to perform their function. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss how we may be able to help. We keep it only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law, and then dispose of it.
